We are members of the British Healthcare Trades Association BHTA and abide by their Code of Practice. We are also members of the Mobility Matters Network which produces the 'Buyers Protection Guide' which is essential reading if you are thinking of buying a mobility product for the first time.

Collins Care was established in 1989 in the heart of Norwich and occupies a site of some 2,000 sq ft of retail space. This allows us to carry and display a huge range of stock from small aids to scooters, beds and rise recliner chairs.

Warranty and Insurance


All our items come with a one year warranty and we can offer an extended warranty for up to four years if required.

When purchasing a scooter we would highly recommend that you take out one of our insurance policies as it will not only cover you from fire and theft but also give you upto £2,000,000 public liability insurance. We feel this is essential to protect you from potential problems of someone running in to you.


Some products are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and may be purchased, by those eligible, without paying VAT.
