"Last week I called your customer service dept to ask for help and advice regarding the Camelot range of rise/recline chairs. My father is 92 and has great difficulty getting in and out of his armchair.

Your customer service was superb, we arranged a demonstration at my parents address in Watton. The demonstration took place today, I was told that the van with two chairs would arrive at 11:30am [which gave my wife and I time to arrive at Watton from our address in Essex]

We arrived at 11:00 and your van arrived at 11:25, I can not begin to tell you how impressed we all were with the timing.

The two men in the van were Scott and Chris they were the most helpful people we have met when it comes to demonstrating a product.

They were very patient with my father who was in constant pain while trying to get comfortable on the new chair.

We can not thank you enough for the first class service you have given which resulted in us purchasing the chair there and then.

"I visited the shop yesterday with an elderly friend in order for her to purcahse a mobility buggy. We were advised by Richard who I'd like to thank for his patience and understanding, it was a long process whilst deciding which buggy to buy and then of course all the paperwork to be completed. His professional manner and also his kind nature was second to none. Never once did we feel under any pressure to opt for extra insurance or there was no "hard sell" but equally the benefits of such insurances were explained fully.

Richard spent a long time guiding Annie with the buggy controls etc and was kind enough to make our time in the shop as comfortable as possible. I noted that Richard was star of the month and deservedly so. We were so impressed that we plan to recommend Collins Care to all our friends! May i just add we received equally good service when we purchased a wheelchair severel weeks ago, although unfortunately I didnt get the young ladies name.

"I thought I would just let you know that the bra angel I ordered from you on the 12th September is marvellous. I had a hand operation on 22nd September and have been in plaster for the last 5 weeks. I don't know how I would have managed to get dressed without this wonderful invention. I had the other hand operated on in March and wish I had had that then. My plaster is hopefully coming off tomorrow but I will still have to use the bra angel for many weeks yet. "
