Why two prices - VAT Zero rating?
Some of the products are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and may be purchased, by those eligible, without paying VAT. The VAT free prices are shown in brackets. For the products which do not illustrate prices in brackets, VAT relief cannot be claimed AND EVERYONE HAS TO PAY VAT.

You can qualify for VAT relief if you are chronically sick or disabled and are purchasing goods for personal or domestic use which are relevant to your disability. To claim VAT relief you must complete in full the declaration on your order form.

Once complete and logged in to your account, you will see the VAT Relief logo beside the price, to confirm that you are not paying VAT on that product. VAT Relief

Mail Order
Our mail order form give details of how to order by Post, Telephone Fax and online.. Post and packing costs illustrated applies to mainland UK only. Goods ordered by mail order may be returned for replacement or refund, if not suitable for your use, provided we are notified within 10 days of receipt. This is in addition to your statutory rights. The goods must be unused and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to charge for all carriage costs incurred.

Delivery
Orders will be delivered to the address shown on the order form by Royal Mail or National Carrier depending upon the size and weight. We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 working days. If you have not heard from us within 5 days, please contact us. Items may be sent separately therefore you may not receive your entire order in one delivery. If this is the case you will only incur one delivery charge. The delivery charge is £3.99 for all items but is free on orders over £34.99.

Money Back Guarantee
If for any reason the products you receive are damaged or faulty, or even unsuitable for the purpose, return them to us unused, in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt, and we will replace the goods or refund your payment. If a collection fee is incurred, it will be deducted off the refund.

Specialist Advice
For advice regarding the suitability of a product, we recommend that you contact an Occupational Therapist through the local Social Services. Your local Disabled Living Centre may also be able to help. For details of your local centre, call the DLF Helpline on 0870 6039177. If you would like a visit by a private independent Occupational Therapist (OT) please give us a call on 01603 483 883 and we can arrange for one, howerer at present this only applies to people living in Norfolk.

Guarantee
All products within the catalogue are guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. We recommend regular visual checks to ensure your product is not showing signs of wear and tear.

About your Order
Once you have placed an order with Collins Care through the website it is understood that you have accepted our terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and if we are unable to supply you with your order we will refund you the purchase price.

Collins Care reserves the right to change the specification without notice on all products and all technical information is provided for guidance only.

Collins Care cannot be held responsible for any delays in deliveries due to an act of God.

Conditions
Once you have accepted delivery of your order there is a 14 day time limit to report any faults or defects. You must return the items to Collins Care and we will test the product and if found to be defective or faulty we will either refund you your money or replace the item. If it is found not to be faulty or defective we shall return it and charge a delivery fee plus a £40 administration fee.

Any complaint should be made in writing to Collins Care, 2 Sprowston Rd, Norwich, Norfolk, NR3 4QN. We take complaints extremely seriously and will respond within seven days.
